Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients undergoing elective hepatectomy with controlled low central venous pressure (including laparotomy, endoscopic surgery, and robotic surgery); 3. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to narcotic drugs or have contraindications; 2. Skin defect and infection at neck puncture site; 3. Bradyarrhythmia; 4. Coagulation dysfunction; 5. Suffering from mental illness or taking antipsychotic drugs; 6. Unable to communicate; 7. ASA >= level IV; 8. Patients expected or admitted to ICU after operation; 9. Patients with difficult airway need conscious intubation or have been diagnosed with OSAS; 10. Patients who participated in other clinical studies at the same time.
