Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients with preoperative HbA1c, preoperative and postoperative creatinine measurements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiac surgery, transplant surgery, urological surgery; 2. Patients with previous myocardial infarction; 3. Preoperative dialysis; 4. Patients with an estimated glomerular filtration rate less than 15ml-1 1.73m -2; 5. Systolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg before anesthesia.
