Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with thoracic to lumbosacral level of AZP; 2. The natural course of the disease was less than one month; 3. The conventional treatment was ineffective, NRS score >5 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. An infection at the site of needle entry, coagulopathy, severe cardiopulmonary and cerebrovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Psychiatric illness or the intellectual inability to complete the self-evaluation questionnaires (NRS and PSQI); 3. Patients who were lost to follow-up 6 months after treatment.
