High dose group:rhG-CSF 10 ug/kg injected intravenously
Low dose group:rhG-CSF 5 ug/kg injected intravenously
Control group:rhG-CSF was not injected, or saline was injected

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The premature infants with neutropenia treated in the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected; 2. Gestational age < 34 weeks; 3. Check the ANC of peripheral blood at least once a week; 4. ANC of peripheral blood < 1.5*10^9/L for at least 24 hours; 5. The clinical data are complete and reliable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with extremely unstable vital signs; 2. Failure to complete diagnosis and treatment as required after enrollment; 3. Due to loss of follow-up or death, the "peripheral blood ANC shall be rechecked at least once a week for 4 weeks" was not completed; 4. Parents refused to sign informed consent.
