Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No age limit, no gender limit; 2. Clinical MG manifestations, positive neostigmine test, positive low frequency repeated electrical stimulation, positive serum antibodies such as AChR, Musk, LRP4, Titin, RyR, etc., can be clinically diagnosed as myasthenia gravity; 3. Clinical MGFA type ?, ? (? A, ? B) patients with myasthenia gravis; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are receiving treatment related to myasthenia gravis, which may affect the observers of effect indicators; 2. Patients with other autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, vitiligo, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients, allergic, critically ill or terminally ill patients; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney diseases; 5. Uncooperative, unwilling to accept research measures or unable to work with collaborators due to mental illness.
