Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-term single primipara (natural delivery or cesarean section); 2. Aged >=20 years; 3. Pre-pregnancy BMI >=18.5 kg/m^2 and intention to breastfeed; 4. Primary school education or above; 5. The Apgar score was higher than 7 in the first and fifth minutes after birth; 6. Volunteer to participate in this study and have clear awareness, able to understand and cooperate with the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to breastfeeding, such as severe cardiopulmonary complications and mental diseases, are not recommended to breastfeed; 2. Have breast surgery, breast augmentation history, etc.; 3. The separation of mother and child caused by various reasons can not lead to normal direct breastfeeding on the first day of delivery.
