Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria for AP: according to the Classification of AP (2012 edition) - Atlanta International Consensus: (1) Persistent pain in the upper abdomen; (2) The concentration of P-Amy or lipase is 3 times higher than the normal upper limit; (3) Abdominal imaging examination was consistent with AP imaging changes, meeting at least 2 of the 3 diagnostic criteria. 2. Meet SAP diagnostic criteria: persistent organ failure, which can involve one or more organs. 3. Aged 20 to 85 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intestinal obstruction and gastrointestinal bleeding; 2. History of chronic pancreatitis; 3. Received nutritional support before admission and PN support during treatment; 4. Serious heart, liver, kidney or other systemic diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating patients.
