18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing tracheotomy; 2. Aged >=18 years, or with the consent of his guardian, have certain written ability; 3. Patients and caregivers are not medically related majors; 4. Informed consent; 5. Long-term tracheotomy is required; 6. Discharge condition met, no respiratory support required, no signs of infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without permanent caregivers; 2. Patients and caregivers with poor compliance during hospitalization; 3. There are serious complications; 4. Complicated with dysfunction of other important organs.
