Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years, no gender limit, primary and secondary education or above. 2. HAMA score > 14, and coronary angiography performed during hospitalization. 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a clear history of mental illness. 2. Acute myocardial infarction. 3. Clear diagnosis or clear exclusion of coronary heart disease. 4. Have a clear history of arrhythmia, heart failure, autoimmune disease, stroke, abnormal liver and kidney function, abnormal thyroid function, structural heart disease, malignant tumor, etc. 5. Have a history of infectious diseases in the past three months. 6. History of taking hormone, folic acid and vitamin B12 drugs in the past three months.
