Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed as prostate cancer, TNM staging = T2N0M0, can be included in patients who have received neoadjuvant endocrine therapy before surgery; (2) The age is 18-75 years old, male (3) Ability to cooperate and complete follow-up visits and related examinations; (4) Voluntarily participate in this trial and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with severe uncontrolled disease or acute infection. (2)The patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system diseases and diabetes can not be controlled and can not reach the operation standard.(3)Those who have immune system disease and can't control, can't reach the operation standard. (4)Those who have not completed clinical trials involved in other research drugs or devices.
