18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with myelodysplastic syndrome, chronic myelomonocytic leukemia and acute myeloid leukemia with 20-30% myeloid blast cells and multilineage dysplasia diagnosed according to the 2016 edition of WHO criteria; 2. Patients who agree to use or have used azacitidine or decitabine for the target indication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active malignant tumors other than any indication, except focal non-metastatic squamous cell or basal cell skin cancer or carcinoma in situ; patients with a history of malignant tumors but cured can be enrolled; 2. Patients known to be allergic to azacitidine, decitabine, mannitol.
