Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recurrent pregnancy losses >= 2 times accompanied by normal sexual life of the couple without contraceptive measures for 1 year without pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chromosomal abnormalities in either husband or wife; 2. Abnormal reproductive tract anatomy, such as mediastinum, single horned uterus, etc.; 3. Endocrine abnormalities such as thyroid dysfunction, luteal dysfunction, etc. 4. Abnormal immunological examination; 5. Prethrombotic state, such as abnormal anticardiolipin antibody, abnormal protein S, protein C, etc.; 6. Reproductive tract infection; 7. There are high risk factors for abortion such as toxic chemicals in the living environment of both spouses.
