Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A diagnosis of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis; 2. Age from 10 to 16 years; 3. A Cobb angle of 10 to 20 degrees; 4. A Risser sign of 0-3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-idiopathic scoliosis, that is, scoliosis due to neuromuscular system diseases, congenital diseases and secondary to other diseases; 2. Secondary scoliosis caused by unequal length of lower extremity due to lower extremity fracture, joint infection or arthritis, or congenital diseases; 3. History of previous spinal surgery; 4. Have worn or are wearing orthopedic braces; 5. Cognitive dysfunction; 6. Patients with serious organ and systemic diseases such as heart, lung, liver and kidney.
