20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients who met the western diagnostic criteria for dysphagia after stroke; 2. Age 20-70 years; 3. The patient was conscious and the Glasgow score was >= 12; 4. No lesions of oral mucosa and larynx; 5. The score of drinking water test in the depression field was > 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other diseases affecting swallowing function; 2. Patients with pulmonary infection on admission; 3. People with mental illness or cognitive impairment; 4. Patients with progressive severe respiratory disease, severe gastrointestinal and digestive system disease or other serious internal and surgical diseases.
