45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging examination met DRF diagnosis and AO classification; 2. Community patients aged 45-80 years with self-care ability; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent; 4. The mobility and function of the affected limb were normal before injury; 5. Visit a doctor within 3 days for unilateral limb closed fracture; 6. Patients with stable condition, not complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases or other serious internal diseases, and not complicated with other underlying diseases affecting fracture healing; 7. Be able to actively cooperate to complete the project research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Old fracture of the distal radius; 2. Patients with multiple ipsilateral limb fractures; 3. Patients with pathological fracture ; 4. Can not tolerate surgery and anesthesia; 5. The affected side of the limb disuse, arthritis or mental diseases, can not cooperate with fixation or functional exercise; 6. Attend other clinical researchers within one month.
