Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathologically confirmed nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. First radiotherapy for head and neck; 3. ECOG: 0 to 2 points; 4. Estimated survival >= 12 months; 5. Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The combination of serious diseases that affect quality of life or research progress; 2. Patients with previous oral diseases; 3. Patients who have received head and neck surgery; 4. Patients with dry mouth before treatment, such as diabetes patients; 5. Enlarged lymph nodes at the massage site.
