Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Pulmonary ground glass nodules with a maximum nodule diameter > 5 mm and <= 20 mm when first detected by chest CT; 3. Clinical consideration that surgery is not required for the time being; 4. Willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The nodule was first detected > 2 weeks ago; 2. Antibiotics had been used within 2 weeks prior to enrollment.
