Interventions

control group:Ultrasound-guided injection of 20 mL 0.5% ropivacaine was performed around the femoral nerve
experimental group:Ultrasound-guided perifemoral nerve injection of 0.5% ropivacaine 20 mL + intravenous betamethasone 12 mg
experimental group-two:Ultrasound-guided injection of 0.5% ropivacaine 20 mL combined with betamethasone 12 mg into the femoral nerve

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe knee osteoarthritis are eligible for TKA and UKA surgery; 2. No cognitive dysfunction or psychiatric history before surgery; 3. Age < 80, no gender limitation; 4. Body weight < 100 kg; 5. ASA score was I-II; 6. Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative consciousness disorder or inability to cooperate with the interviewer due to other reasons; 2. Abnormal coagulation function and severe ligament instability; 3. Those who have a history of narcotic drug dependence or drug abuse and are taking hormone or opioid treatment.
