18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 18 and younger than 90 years; 2. Patients with dyspnea, high jugular vein pressure, elevated NT proBNP or BNP (NT proBNP >= 125 pg/mL or BNP >= 35 pg/mL), abnormal cardiac ultrasound imaging findings were diagnosed as heart failure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Pregnant women or women preparing to become pregnant in the next two years; 3. Patients with life expectancy less than 2 years; 4. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (ALT > 5 times ula, EGFR < 15mL/min/1.73mm2); 5. Known active malignant tumor diseases; 6. Patients considered unsuitable by the investigator to participate in this study.
