Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Recognized by the patient as the main caregiver, the non-employed caregiver who spends the most time in the family and bears part of the care responsibilities (including the patient's family, relatives, friends or the cumulative care time in the hospital >= 72 hours); 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Caregivers of patients undergoing lung cancer surgery; 4. Those who have a clear consciousness and can complete the questionnaire independently; 5. Volunteer to participate in this research and have signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received relevant interventions in the past 3 months; 2. Accompanied by severe physical disease and cognitive impairment.
