Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 50 years; 2. OCT/OCTA showed subretinal fluid (IRF) and/or retinal pigment epithelium detachment (PED); 3. Fluorescence angiography (FFA) and indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) showed MNV; 4. Relatively clear "Medusa", "Seafan" and "Tangle" pattern.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous eye surgery (vitrectomy, PPV, drug injection, PDT, etc., except cataract surgery); 2. Other diseases causing macular degeneration (glaucoma, retinal vascular obstruction, diabetic retinopathy, DR, etc.); 3. The refractive stroma is obviously turbid and cannot cooperate with the examination; 4. Other diseases causing MNV: high myopia (eyes with spherical equivalent greater than 6 diopters or axial length greater than 26 mm), idiopathic polypoid choroidal angiopathy (PCV), central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC), retinal type 2 macular telangiectasia (mactel2), angioid streak disease and multifocal choroiditis.
