Interventions

steroid-rinse Group:Add 1mg budesonide suspension to 500ml normal saline to rinse the nose
steroid-drip Group:drip 0.5 mg of budesonide suspension in each side of nose

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years, gender is not limited; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of CRS in the EPOS2020; with bilateral nasal polyps and bilateral frontal sinusitis, and increased eosinophils in polyp tissue; 3. Lund-Mackay score > 5 points in severe side, frontal sinus score 2 points; 4. No steroid or antibiotic treatment within 4 weeks before enrollment; 5. No serious underlying diseases; 6. Good compliance, able to cooperate with the completion of clinical observation; 7. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With allergic fungal sinusitis; 2. Has contraindications to the use of glucocorticoids(such as diabetes, femoral head necrosis, gastric ulcer, etc.); 3. Suffering from immune system diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, AIDS, etc.).
