Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Healthy individuals (no history of hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia or hypertension); 3. No history of gastrointestinal diseases or surgery; 4. No history of antibiotics in 6 months; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; 6. Good compliance, follow the research plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Develop a disease during intervention; 2. Unfinished food records; 3. Incomplete sample collection.
