Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 1993 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) diagnostic criteria for AIDS; 2. The diagnosis of CMVR meets the following criteria: typical fundus findings (yellow-white retinal lesions with creamy tomato paste, with granular margins or toxoplasma retinitis, with or without bleeding, no or mild vitreous opacity) and laboratory tests (CD4+T cell count less than 200 /ul) with or without CMV antigenemia and/or positive CMV-specific IgM antibodies; 3. Hiv-associated retinal microangiopathy was diagnosed according to the following criteria: fundus presentation cotton patch, retinal hemorrhage, and those microangiopathy that did not progress, expand, or interfere with vision. Except microvascular lesions caused by other systemic diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of intraocular surgery or intraocular laser; 2. In addition to retinal microvascular disease giant cell retinitis, there are other inflammatory or vascular eye diseases; 3. Glaucoma; 4. Recent systemic and/or topical use of glucocorticoids Drugs; 5. HIV-infected patients who have received local or systemic anti-cytomegalovirus therapy; 6. Has systemic inflammatory disease.
