18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A patient with AIDS and syphilis diagnosed in the infectious disease department of our hospital; 2. A patient with AIDS combined with syphilitic retinitis, a patient with AIDS combined with retinitis alone, and a patient with syphilis combined with retinitis were clearly diagnosed in the ophthalmology department; 3. Signed the informed consent for anterior chamber puncture; 4. If necessary, perform systemic expelling plum and systemic antiviral therapy, and combine symptomatic ophthalmology treatment at the same time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of intraocular surgery or intraocular laser; 2. Glaucoma; 3. A recent systemic and/or topical use of glucocorticoids; 4. Previously complicated with other fundus diseases; 5. Other infections caused by AIDS except syphilis.
