Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18, no gender limitation; 2. Pneumoperitoneum should be established under the position of lateral supine folding knife for nephrectomy or resection without functional adrenal lesion; 3. No serious cardiovascular disease (such as congestive heart failure, severe angina attack, intracardiac shunt, valvular heart disease and pulmonary hypertension or unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within 6 months) or respiratory disease; 4. Heart function grade I-II, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; 5. No contraindications to anesthesia, allergic history of anesthesia drugs, and no contraindications to invasive operation; 6. Voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any of the following patients interfere with the accuracy of VigileoTM/FloTracTM: (1) Arrhythmia before surgery; (2) Have a history of respiratory diseases that affect lung compliance and chest pressure or are not suitable for large-volume ventilation, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bullae and asthma; (3) A history of severe peripheral vascular disease.
