18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in ICD-10 Diagnostic Criteria; 2. First attack; 3. Aged 18-60; 4.17 Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) scores>17; 5. Exclude depressive attacks caused by physical diseases, trauma and other diseases; 6. Deny serious physical diseases; 7. Male; 8. CRP > 5mg/L or 0-5mg/L; 9. With the consent of the family member or patient, sign the relevant informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unwilling to cooperate in continuing treatment and voluntarily withdraw; 2. The disease is aggravated; 3. Serious adverse reactions.
