Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension" (2018 revision), in the case of not taking antihypertensive drugs, meet the diagnostic criteria of normal high blood pressure (systolic blood pressure 120-139mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure 80-89mmHg); 2.Age =45 and <60 years; 3.Not taking antihypertensive drugs; 4.Own a smartphone and be able to use it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients with secondary hypertension; 3. People with damaged of heart, brain, kidney and other important organs; 4. A person with mental illness; 5. People with serious complications or sudden physical illness during the study period.
