Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Familial hypercholesterolemia in children over 1.5 years old; 2. Low density lipoprotein cholesterol = 5.0mmol/L and diet can not be controlled, resulting in complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergies; 2.Impaired liver and kidney function.
