Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 65 years; 2. Anaesthetists Association (ASA) grade ?~? patients; 3. Clinical TNM stage ?~?; 4. No history of general anesthesia within 1 year before admission; 5. The preoperative MMSE was normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to the drugs in this study; 2. Patients who need special treatment due to special conditions during operation; 3. Patients with severe systemic diseases before operation; 4. Patients with other diseases that affect NSE detection indicators; 5. Incomplete clinical data and withdrawal.
