Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Data on elderly patients with stage II colon cancer from 2004 to 2015 (primary only).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete clinical and pathological information; 2. More than one primary tumor; 3. Unknown cause of death; 4. Histological types 8140/3, 8480/38481/3 and 8490/3; 5. No operation is needed or only local tumor is removed; 6. The survival time is less than one month.
