Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hip fracture patients over 65 years old who intend to undergo hip arthroplasty under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other severe trauma, coagulation dysfunction, anticoagulant use, long-term use of analgesics, history of local anesthetic allergy, ficb operation area infection; 2.unable to communicate or score normally.
