Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke, and the onset is within 6-72 hours, so it is the first patient; 2. The infarct was located in the blood supply area of the unilateral middle cerebral artery; 3. According to TOAST standard, it belongs to large atherosclerosis, and CTA or MRA of cerebral vessels confirm the stenosis of the responsible side middle cerebral artery; 4. Patients with stable vital signs after stroke and NIHSS score of 3-15; 5. Gender unlimited, age = 30 years and = 85 years; 6. The patient and his/her family members signed an informed consent form and agreed to accept clinical and imaging follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have participated in other clinical trials in recent 3 months; 2. Intracranial vascular stenosis induced by other reasons; 3. Complicated with other cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and psychiatric patients.
