Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Inclusion criteria for diabetic kidney disease: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine 2) Aged 30-85 years old 3) Blood pressure=150/90mmHg 4) Glycated hemoglobin=8.5% 5) eGFR=25ml/min: 2 Inclusion criteria for diabetes: ?Meet the diagnostic criteria of DM; ?Age between 30-85 years old; ?Blood pressure=150/90mmHg; ?Glycated hemoglobin=8.5%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Exclusion criteria for diabetic kidney disease 1)Blood pressure<90/60mmHg; 2) Serum creatinine doubled in the past six months; 3) Unilateral or bilateral renal artery stenosis; 4) Serious macrovascular events occurred in the past six months; 5) Combined with serious diseases such as malignant tumor and hematological diseases; 6) There are serious psychological or mental disorders; 7) Pregnant or lactating women; 8) Considering other kidney diseases (such as urinary tract infection, urinary sediment activity (red blood cells), etc.), renal biopsy is required to confirm the diagnosis; 9) Those who have undergone dialysis or kidney transplantation. 2 diabetes exclusion criteria 1) Complications of diabetes; 2) Blood pressure<90/60mmHg; 3) Serious macrovascular events occurred in the past six months; 4) Combined with serious diseases such as malignant tumor and hematological diseases; 5) There is a serious psychological or mental disorder; 6) Pregnant or lactating women.
