Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Different etiology of chronic liver disease, cirrhosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed or suspected malignant tumor; 2. Pregnancy; 3. HIV infection; 4. Severe liver injury (jaundice 85umol/L and INR1.5).
