Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years; 2. Patients who were diagnosed with H. pylori infection through 13/14C-urea breath test (13/14C-UBT) or histological evaluation; 3. Never received H. pylori eradication therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those patients who were allergic to proton pump inhibitor, bismuth, penicillin,and quinolone drugs; 2. Those patients who suffered from gastrectomy before; 3 Patients with malignant tumors, severe heart, liver, or renal dysfunction; 4. Patients with pregnancy and lactation.
