Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 60 years; 2. Have a clear consciousness, normal language expression ability and can communicate effectively; 3. Conform to the diagnostic criteria for dementia or mild cognitive impairment (refer to the 2011 NIA-AA diagnostic criteria); 4. Hospitalization time = 7 days; 5. Can be followed up for more than 1 year; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental and consciousness disorders, unable to communicate effectively; 2. The patient's compliance is poor, unable to cooperate in the evaluation and intervention; 3. The patient and his family refused to participate in the study; 4. End stage of disease; 5. Acute myocardial infarction; 6. Dissected aortic aneurysm; 7. Severe aortic stenosis; 8. Endocarditis/acute pericarditis; 9. Acute thromboembolism; 10. Recent major surgery or limb fracture in the past month; 11. There are other conditions that the researcher thinks should be excluded.
