Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.General anesthesia; 2.Hip / knee arthroplasty is planned; 3.Age = 65 years; 4.The expected postoperative hospital stay shall not be less than three days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There were sleep disorders related diseases before operation, such as insomnia, obstructive sleep ventilation dysfunction, restless legs syndrome and so on; 2. Patients taking sleep aids in the past two weeks; 3. Patients who drink coffee and other exciting drinks within one week; 4. Patients with severe neuropsychiatric diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, mania, etc; 5. Patients implanted with cardiac pacemakers; 6. Patients who cannot understand and sign the consent form.
