intervention group:Participants assigned to the intervention group were asked to use WeChat for 1 year, tracking weight, blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipids, waist circumference, and bone dens

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults over the age of 18 years and under the age of 58 years; 2. Those with one or more of the following characteristics: 1) The blood pressure level is 130-139/85-89mmHg; 2) Current smokers; 3) Fasting blood glucose level is 6.1 = FBG85cm for women; 3. Smartphone users; 4. Those who agree to participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants were diagnosed chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Those with severe cardiopulmonary disease, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, multiple myeloma, bone metastases and other diseases that severely affect bone metabolism; 3. Participants with physical inactivity or mental abnormalities.
