Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gestational age =28w; 2.Neonates would be admitted to NICU more than 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The mother could not breastfeed; 2.Neonates could not tolerate with breastfeeding.
