Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with infertility, with normal sexual life, without contraception for 1 year and no pregnancy; 2.Overweight/obese patients with BMI = 24 kg/m2; 3.Age 20-40 years; 4.Normal ovarian reserve: FSH < 10 mIU/ml, bilateral antral follicle number = 5, AMH = 1.2 ng/ml; 5.Voluntary participation and cooperation with regular measurement of physical indicators; 6.Not currently or 3 months before the intervention participating in other weight loss programs; 7.Proficient in using WeChat or accepting telephone follow-up; 8.Basically normal male semen: sperm density = 5×10^6/ml, PR = 10%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney and gastrointestinal diseases or major surgery (such as glutamic pyruvic transaminase or/and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase exceeding the upper limit of normal value by 3 times, serum creatinine exceeding the upper limit of normal value, chronic diarrhea, constipation, severe gastrointestinal inflammation, active gastrointestinal ulcer, gastrointestinal resection, cholecystitis/cholecystectomy, etc.); 2. Secondary obesity caused by endocrine, genetic, metabolic and central nervous system diseases; 3. Treatment with hormone drugs; 4. Suffering from obesity related severe complications, such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, stroke, chronic complications of diabetes (retinopathy/renal insufficiency), cirrhosis, cancer, severe depression, etc; 5. Medication or surgery for weight loss in the past 3 months; 6. Active pulmonary tuberculosis, AIDS and other infectious diseases; 7. Any mental illness; 8. Chromosome abnormalities of one or both spouses; 9. Endometriosis or adenomyosis. 10.Malformation of reproductive organs.
