Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 3-5 years. 2. Caregivers who understand and volunteer to participate, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who have cold, fever and other diseases that may affect blood biochemical indicators.
