18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in the glaucoma group with open-angle glaucoma were given a clear diagnosis by two experts together. Healthy subjects were required to exclude eye diseases; 2. Age above 18 years and below 80 years; 3. Signed informed consent and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of metal implants in the body that cannot be detected by MRI; 2. Patients with other neurological diseases/previous cranial surgery/medications affecting intracranial pressure.
