Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rheumatic heart disease requiring cardiopulmonary open-heart surgery are proposed to be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Reoperation; 2. Patients with diabetes; 3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with abnormal parathyroid function; 5. Patients with a history of abnormal calcium and blood glucose metabolism; 6. Patients with previous neurological and mental disorders or positive signs in preoperative neurological examination; 7. Those whose educational level is lower than that of primary school (6 years); 8. The test cannot be completed or the data is incomplete; 9. Perioperative cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents.
