Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. School-age children aged 6-12 years; 2. Written informed consent was obtained from childrens guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of acute illness and a history of major chronic diseases 2. Acute gastrointestinal disease occurred in the past three months, with gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation and abdominal pain; with history of chronic gastrointestinal diseases (abdominal tuberculosis, colorectal cancer, or gut malignant tumours); 3. Have taken antibiotics, antiviral drugs, antifungals, analgesics or anti-inflammatory drugs in the past three months; 4. Have a fever in the past three months.
