Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults (age =18 years old); 2.Patients undergoing single-lung, double-lung or combined heart-lung transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The survival time after lung transplantation or combined heart lung transplantation is = 3 days; 2.Poor compliance, unwilling to cooperate with researchers.
