Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No age limit; 2. Multi-parameter MRI data of prostate before puncture or radical surgery can be provided; 3. Can provide prostate cancer pathological white slices for immunohistochemical detection; 4. Can provide prostate cancer tissue mRNA for transcriptome sequencing; 5. Prostatic vesicular adenocarcinoma or ductal adenocarcinoma is predominant (more than 50%), without neuroendocrine tumors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The mRNA quality of prostate cancer tissue is not good.
