12 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 12 to 18 years; 2. PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Scale) >= 4 points; 3. With depression as the main symptom of the presence of complications; 4. Low willingness to seek help; 5. Can contact the network regularly and have no difficulty in using the network; 6. Both parents and children are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with strong suicidal thoughts or behaviors; 2. Combined with severe psychotic symptoms (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.); 3. Youth and parents who have actively sought help.
