Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-28 years, healthy young male college student with regular exercise experience in the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal injuries in the past six months, chronic medical conditions, and exercise contraindications.
