Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients undergoing elective laparoscopic hepatectomy under controlled low central venous pressure, the operation time is expected to be more than 2 hours. 2. Aged 18 to 70 years. 3. The ASA classification is I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obesity (BMI > 32kg/m^2); 2. History of cerebrovascular diseases and neuropsychiatric diseases; 3. Patients with poorly controlled hypertension and postural hypotension; 4. Severe cardiovascular diseases (such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, myocardial infarction, heart function III-IV, LEVF< 50%, moderate to severe heart valve regurgitation, severe arrhythmia); 5. Dyspnea and respiratory failure; 6. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Have used heparin antithrombin or warfarin anticoagulation factor or aspirin antiplatelet aggregation or other anticoagulant drugs recently (within 2 weeks); 8. Allergic history and contraindications to any drug used.
